Q: What's the function for the fiber laser?
A: Fiber laser is only used to process on metal like Stainless Steel, Carbon /Mild Steel, Galvanized Steel etc.Non-metal is not ok.
Q:How much thickness shall we cut?
A: Cutting thickness is related to laser power.300W:1.5mm stainless steel, 3mm carbon steel500W:3mm stainless steel, 6 mm carbon steel1000W:6 mm stainless steel, 14 mm carbon steel
Q: What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
A: 1 year's guarantee.If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client's feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
